Please be advised, we are periodically notified that outside companies have solicited our participants with confusing offers to secure discounted hotel rooms. The solicitation indicates that the official event hotels are sold out and that the outside company can secure hotel rooms for close to the same discounted price (and with a hefty cancellation penalty). While these solicitations are not officially tied to our event, they can be very confusing as they will mention our event by name but without actually saying that they are contacting you on our behalf. New England Grows is not responsible for these products and urge you to carefully examine all solicitations connected with New England Grows.
If the offer does NOT include our logo (if printed) or if the person on the phone is vague about the company they represent, do not do business with them and contact New England Grows immediately at Info@NewEnglandGrows.org or by phone at (508) 653-3009.
