Who is eligible to exhibit?
Growers, manufacturers or service companies involved in producing or marketing equipment, products, and/or services for the commercial horticulture industry are eligible to exhibit at New England Grows.

Can you give me an idea of what the tradeshow floor looks like?

How do I update my contact information on your website?
To update your company profile, click here. You can get to this page by clicking on "For Exhibitor: Exhibitor Center" at the top of the page. This will take you to the Exhibitor section of the website. Click on Update Company Profile and log in with your unique login code that you received in your booth space confirmation letter, or contact us for your initial login information.
What is Exhibitor Welcome & Service Center and where can I find it?
Our Welcome Center is located in the center of the tradeshow floor. Show management can be found here to answer any of your questions.
Do you offer overnight truck parking?
To make arrangements for overnight parking please call 617-946-4440 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. New England Grows is not responsible for vehicles left in any overnight parking lots.

What is the cost of a booth?
It depends on when you sign up -- the earlier, the better! See application for exhibit space.
What does a booth include?
What if I need to cancel or downsize my booth?
In the event that a company cancels their contracted exhibit space, they must do so in writing on or before November 15, 2014 and are obligated to pay New England Grows a cancellation fee of 50% of their total booth fee. No refunds will be issued after November 15, 2014.

Can I hang a sign?
Yes, you may hang a sign over your booth location. You must order rigging service through the convention center .
Can I have helium balloons at my booth?
We're sorry but at this time you may not have helium balloons at the show.
For the benefit of all New England Grows participants, exhibit booth displays and their content must remain fully intact and may not be sold for delivery until the official close of the exposition on Friday at 3:00 p.m. Booth Content Sales Agreements and Materials Donation forms must be completed prior to the close of the exposition. These forms are available at Exhibitor Headquarters at the BCEC.
***According to state regulation, New England Grows cannot permit any vendor to sell taxable items during the exposition unless the vendor is registered with the state and has supplied New England Grows with their vendor registration number.***

To place orders, you will contact one of our official contractors found in our list of Official Service Providers.

Do I get any free badges?
Exhibitors receive (3) complimentary Conference & Expo badges and (3) complimentary Guest Passes per 10x10 booth.
What is the difference between an Exhibitor badge and a Guest Pass?
Exhibitor badges allow access to the Conference & Expo, including access to the show floor during move in/out and early hours. Guest passes are Expo Only badges that you can distribute to your customers.
How do I register my booth personnel?
Exhibitor registration will open this fall.
Will I receive confirmation?
Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. You will be able to view a full list of registered booth personnel if you log in to your Exhibitor Service Center.
Once I’ve used all my complimentary booth personnel registrations, how do I order additional badges?
Additional booth staff badges may be purchase at a cost of $29 each. Log into your Exhibitor Service Center to purchase additional booth staff badges.
How do I access my complimentary Guest Passes?
You will be sent a Guest Pass Code that you will use to invite your customers. You must include this code in any guest pass that you distribute. Once your complimentary passes have been redeemed, your company will be charged , post show, $29 per pass.
How do I invite my customers?
To invite customers to attend, you will need to log in to your Exhibitor Service Center page and click "Invite a Customer."
