Your New England Grows registration badge provides full admission to the educational seminars and exposition any time during the 3-day event. Seating at educational seminars is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting badges will be checked for all New England Grows events and identification may be required.
If you plan to participate in the Garden Center Success seminar on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, you will need to let us know in advance either via the enclosed registration form or online registration.

New England Grows is a professional conference and exposition designed specifically for the green industry. Green industry professionals, educators, students, and members of allied professions are invited to attend.
You will receive written confirmation for New England Grows via email or fax within 10 days of receipt of your registration. The bar code that appears on your confirmation will greatly speed up your on-site registration, so be sure to bring it with you. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact New England Grows.
Payment in full is required to process your registration. We regret that we are not able to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payment in the form of check, Visa and MasterCard. If paying by check, please make payable to New England Grows, Inc. in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
If received in writing before January 15, 2013 New England Grows will refund your meeting registration less a $10.00 administrative fee. Refunds will not be made after January 15, 2013.
The Registration Center is located in the North Lobby, Level 1 of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and is open during the following hours:
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
New England Grows encourages full-time college students and educators to attend. Register online, by mail or fax. A $10.00 badge-processing fee applies. Please select the Student/Educator option during registration.
High School level students and instructors are eligible for complimentary registration. Instructors must accompany their students at all times. Advance registration is required.
Members of the media may apply for press credentials to attend and cover New England Grows. Approved media will receive a complimentary registration and admission to the New England Grows Press Room. To apply, please contact Jennifer McPhee at (508) 653-3009, or JMcPhee@NewEnglandGrows.org.
New England Grows is not recommended for children under the age of 16. In the event that you do bring a child, a $10.00 badge-processing fee will be assessed and parents will be required to complete an emergency contact form.
If you require special accommodations to fully participate, please check the appropriate box on the registration form and attach a written description of your needs.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, New England Grows constitutes an agreement by the registrant for use of the registrant's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of New England Grows.
