Volume Discount
If you are registering 4 or more people, at the same time, you are eligible to receive the discounted price of $30 per person by doing the following:
- All attendees must be registered at the same time on the same order. You can not add registrants to an order after checkout.
- Volume discount expires January 15th. As of January 16th, all registrations are $55.

One pass does it all
Your New England Grows registration badge provides full admission to the educational seminars and exposition any time during the 3-day event. Seating at educational seminars is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance registration is required for the Garden Center Success! seminar on Wednesday, February 2, 2011. Meeting badges will be checked for all New England Grows events and identification may be required.

If you are not able to register in advance, you may register in person at the convention center.

Registration Center and Hours
Located in the North Lobby of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, the registration center will provide you immediate access to New England Grows Conference and Exposition.

Wednesday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Admission policy
New England Grows is a professional conference and exposition designed specifically for the green industry. Green industry professionals, educators, students and members of allied professions are invited to attend. Industry suppliers must be exhibitors in order to attend.

Confirmation
You will receive written confirmation for New England Grows within 10 days of receipt via email or fax. Please be sure to bring your confirmation with you. The bar code contained on it will greatly speed your registration process through either the self-registration kiosks or the staffed desks at the convention center. If you do not receive confirmation after 20 days, please call (508) 653-3009, or e-mail info@NewEnglandGrows.org.

Payment
Full payment is required in order to confirm your registration. There will be no billing. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If paying by check, please make check payable to New England Grows, in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.

Cancellations
If received in writing before January 15, New England Grows will refund your meeting registration after a $10.00 administrative fee. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.

Student registration
New England Grows encourages full-time college students and educators to attend. Register online, by mail or fax. A $10.00 badge-processing fee applies. You must choose the appropriate Student/Educator option during registration to receive the discount and have your school photo ID with you to receive your badge at the convention center.

High School level students and educators are eligible for complimentary registration. Advance registration is required. Students must be accompanied by their educators at all times. Educators: please contact New England Grows at (508) 653-3009, or Aley@NewEnglandGrows.org, no later than January 5th, to register your students.

Press inquiries
Members of the media must apply for press credentials to attend and cover New England Grows. Approved media will receive a complimentary registration and admission to the New England Grows Press Room. To apply, please contact Mary Simard at (508) 653-3009, or Mary@NewEnglandGrows.org.

Children
New England Grows is not recommended for children under the age of 16. In the event that you do bring a child, a $10.00 badge-processing fee will be assessed and parents will be required to complete an emergency contact form.

If you require special accommodations to fully participate, please check off the appropriate box on the registration form and attach a written description of your needs. Consent to use of images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, New England Grows constitutes an agreement by the registrant for use of the registrant's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of New England Grows.
