Tim Abbey is a Commercial Horticulture Extension Educator at The Pennsylvania State University, where he teaches the basics of establishing an integrated pest management (IPM) program. Prior to working at Penn State, he was employed at The Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station and worked for the University of Connecticut Cooperative Extension System. He holds a B.S. in biology/ecology from Juniata College in Huntington, Pennsylvania and an M.S. in turfgrass IPM from the Entomology Department at the University of Maryland.
