Who is invited to attend New England Grows?
New England Grows is a professional conference and exposition designed specifically for the green industry. Green industry professionals, educators, students and members of allied professions are invited to attend. Industry suppliers must be exhibitors in order to attend.
What does it cost to attend?
Through January 15 - $49.00 per person. (4 or more from same company: $45 per person)
After January 15 - $69.00 per person.
If you are registering 4 or more people from the same company, at the same time, you are eligible to receive the price of $45 per person by doing the following:
- All attendees must be registered at the same time on the same order. You can not add registrants to an order after checkout.
- 4+ pricing offer expires January 15. After January 15 all registrations are $69.
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes admission to the New England Grows exposition and educational seminars for all three days. There is no separate "exhibits only" or "per day" fee.
Will I receive a confirmation for my registration?
Confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address(es) provided.
I registered but haven't received a confirmation. How do I check on my registration?
Confirmation cannot be sent if you did not provide an email address. You may confirm your registration by contacting New England Grows at info@NewEnglandGrows.org, or call (508) 653-3009, during regular business hours (8am - 4pm ET)
How do I register with a Purchase Order?
If you are an institution or municipality, you may register with a purchase order online, by mail or by fax. Your purchase order and a copy of your registration confirmation must be received by January 16 to:

I am a full-time student. Is there a special rate?
Full-time college students and educators in a horticultural program will be admitted for a $10.00 badge-processing fee. Student ID is required.
High school level educators who plan to bring students will be admitted on a complimentary basis but must contact New England Grows no later that January 15 to make arrangements.
I'm signed up to take an exam, or attend a special meeting during New England Grows. Do I have to register for the exposition?
Yes, anyone who is attending any allied meeting, function or training session at the convention center during New England Grows must be registered to attend the event as well.
Are children allowed to attend?
New England Grows is not recommended for children under the age of 16. In the event that bringing a child is unavoidable, a $10.00 badge-processing fee will be assessed. For safety reasons, children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the exposition floor during move-in and move-out hours.
If I need to cancel my registration will I be refunded?
If cancellations are received in writing by January 15, New England Grows will refund your meeting registration less a $10.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after January 16 and "no shows" will not be eligible for a refund.
Do I need to register for the educational sessions?
Your registration includes admission to the exposition and educational sessions for all three days. There is no separate registration process unless otherwise noted. Seating at educational sessions is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

I want to attend two sessions at the same time and receive recertification credit for both. Is this possible?
No. To receive CEU credit, you are required to attend the entire session. If you leave an educational session and get scanned at a second session during the same time period, the first session for which you were scanned will immediately be voided.
How can I get information from sessions that were offered at previous New England Grows shows?

Will there be any opportunities to meet with speakers after the sessions?
Some speakers will participate in a Speaker's Unplugged session following their presentation. This is an informal discussion, and question and answer period. Speaker's Unplugged locations will be announced at the conclusion of each session.
How can I purchase books written by your speakers?
Many of our speakers have authored books. Most of their publications will be available for sale at the New England Grows bookstore. Some of the speakers will be doing book signings at the event.
Who should I contact if I have suggestions for topics or speakers for future New England Grows conferences?
Please send your suggestions to info@NewEnglandGrows.org. We welcome your ideas! Speakers may visit our Call for Speakers page to submit their topic/presentation.
